03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the Lucky Bangla platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

04 Deposits and Payments

Lucky Bangla accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — Bangladesh's leading mobile financial services. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by Lucky Bangla, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction limits.

Deposits are credited to your Lucky Bangla account balance in real time upon confirmation from your payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Lucky Bangla does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Lucky Bangla does not charge fees for deposits. Any charges applied by your payment provider are outside Lucky Bangla's control and are your responsibility.
• Lucky Bangla reserves the right to request verification of your payment method before processing any deposit or withdrawal.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your account balance. If you believe a deposit was made in error, contact support as soon as possible.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Lucky Bangla account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Lucky Bangla does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the Lucky Bangla payments team. Standard processing time is within 24 hours of the request being submitted, though most withdrawals are completed significantly faster. During periods of high volume, processing may take slightly longer.

• You may only withdraw funds that represent genuine winnings or deposited funds that have not been subject to bonus wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be converted to real money by meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• Lucky Bangla reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to all players.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• If a withdrawal is declined, the funds will be returned to your account balance and you will be notified of the reason.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Lucky Bangla offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. General bonus rules that apply across all Lucky Bangla promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the offer before any withdrawal can be made from the associated balance.

07 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the Lucky Bangla platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are not influenced by the platform, by previous results, by bet size, or by any other external factor. The RNG certification ensures that every spin, hand, or draw is statistically independent and unpredictable.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage published for each game reflects the theoretical long-term return rate as certified by the game developer. Actual results for individual sessions will vary — RTP is a statistical measure over a very large number of rounds, not a guarantee of returns in any single session.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the affected round will be voided and any stake placed will be returned to your account balance.
• Lucky Bangla is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side during a game round.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Lucky Bangla platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false information during registration or verification, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Multi-accounting — registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Automated betting — using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploitation of errors — deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an advantage.
• Money laundering — using the Lucky Bangla platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider after funds have been credited to your Lucky Bangla account.
• Harassment — abusing, threatening, or harassing Lucky Bangla staff or other players through any communication channel.

Lucky Bangla actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, Lucky Bangla reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice, including account closure and withholding of funds pending investigation.

09 Responsible Gaming

Lucky Bangla is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity and stay in control of their spending. These tools are available to all registered players at any time through the account settings.

• Deposit limits — set a maximum amount you can deposit within a daily, weekly, or monthly period.
• Session time reminders — receive a notification after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality checks — periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered.

If you choose to self-exclude, you must not attempt to open a new account or access the platform through any other means during the exclusion period. Any account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Lucky Bangla reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or payment verification documents when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• At the player's own request — players may close their account at any time by contacting support.
• Extended inactivity — accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Lucky Bangla will attempt to contact you before taking any action on a dormant account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's request or due to inactivity, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after identity verification.

11 Limitation of Liability

Lucky Bangla provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous availability, Lucky Bangla does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical issues at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky Bangla's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in your account at the time the relevant issue arose. Lucky Bangla is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings.
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits Lucky Bangla's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Lucky Bangla will not sell your personal data to third parties.
